June 18th Fishing Update

Wow what a change from last week. Not to say last week was bad, but wow what a change. Kings, Silvers, Halibut, Yellow Eye, Rock Fish, Short Raker! Many limits of Kings this week. Many many limits of Silvers this week! We did see some pinks toward the end of the week, but for the most part there were no pinks caught. We did see a few Chums but only a few, there were so many nice Kings and Silvers coming into the dock it was crazy. One boat came back to the dock at 9:00am with a limit of Kings and Silvers!

Biggest halibut was 165 lbs caught by John. I never did hear where he caught it so I guess that one will remain a mystery!

The weather this week was perfect!!! Flat calm water! Warm temperatures! One of our new dock staff got a chance to go fishing and said, "wow that silver fishing is awesome"! Fun to share in their excitement of a new adventure! Looking forward to next week!
