May 12th Update
Snow is all finally gone from the lower elevations. Amazing to see thos big piles of snow each day shrink and eventually dissapear. Lots of work going into getting ready. We have all the boats in the water and have moved them to their summer home in Elfin Cove. Still lots to do to get ready before the first guests arrive. Weather has changed alot, no more freezing at night, one day it got up to 56 degrees, it felt so good. Bringing the boats out went really good, we had


April 12th
Ice in the harbor! 28 degrees! Brrrr! But it warmed up to almost 50 yesterday. The sun felt really good. No fishing this week we are doing a bit of construction for more crew quarters. I did get something from the ocean to eat though. We were in Juneau last week working on the new boats and there was a fisherman selling crab in Auke Bay. Mike and Matt helped me polish off two golden king crab! It was an amazing experience. Fresh just caught crab! Very grateful for our sta


Springtime Update
We woke up to springtime in Utah this morning, which means we’re getting closer to heading to Alaska. Kelly will begin the migration north soon, as he heads up to start construction. We’ve had a busy winter, and we couldn’t be more excited for summer. Here are some of our winter highlights! Kelly went to a LOT of shows this winter—seriously, a lot. Denver ISE Show Jan 8th
Hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas! 2026 will be upon us soon! We are busy getting ready and packed up for the Sportsmen’s Shows. Our first one is in Denver at the Convention Center down town. We have some amazing staff that help us. Camy has worked as a dock staff for several years. This winter she offered to make some recipes for how to cook fish. Hopefully this is the first of many. Hope you enjoy! Kelly
