Sunday when the guests flew into Elfin Cove it was amazing, perfect weather for a flight. Blue skies and views in every direction. It took a couple of days for this group to get hot catching fish, but by the end of the week, this was by far the most fish we have caught all summer. Wed, Thurs & Fri, all the boats brought their salmon in by noon and then went out for halibut. Halibut continues to be very strong. 97 lbs was the biggest for the week, but we had many in the 80 lb range. Pinks are running full force right now. Silvers are still on their way in, I expect this next week to be much better. Weather was really good this week except for Friday it rained pretty heavy.
