May 31st Update

May went by really fast.  Seems like yesterday it was April.  Our first group of the season arrived last night.  Was exciting to see the boats head out fishing this morning!

We had a construction group come up to help with some dock/boardwalk work.  They finished early with the project and got to go King fishing.  If this is any indication what King fishing is going to be like this spring, I cannot wait.  The smile says it all, they had a great day!  Catching a King is something you will always remember, just something about those powerful fish!

Today the weather is not great blowing up to 30 kts at Cape Spencer so no open ocean fishing today.  Forecast looks like rain and better wind for the rest of the week.

We are working on getting Lowrance Halo 20s installed on the center consoles, we have had them on the Covered boats and are finally able to make the upgrade.  This will help a great deal in dealing with the fog.  So be prepared to learn how to read and operate the radar.
