Fishing Update Sep 1

The later you go in the summer the better the Silver/Coho fishing! They are big and lots of them. They seem to be shallow in the top 30 feet of water out in front of Three Hill. Last week may have been the peak of the summer. Last week they were everywhere boats coming in by noon with limits. This week we had to work for them. They are big nice fish.

Weather was tough first of the week and the last day, but the middle days were good. Its getting cooler in the mornings, fall is here.

Halibut are slowing down, but we still managed to have two over 100 lbs. The biggest was 155 lbs, it was caught around the Shaw Island area.
