May 7th Fishing Update

I arrived in Juneau May 2nd. We got 4 boats in the water and on Tuesday Mike, Adam, Chris Peter and I headed for Elfin Cove. Lynn Canal was a bit bumpy Icy Straight was much better and from Point Adolphus to South Pass was flat calm. Chris got water on in both buildings and we are working on cleaning and getting everything ready. The local fishermen in the cove say the Kings are here and in good numbers. Mike and Adam went out on the new float plane dock and hooked a king but it got off. Been very wet so far while in Juneau it rained over 4 inches. The streams were all very full. Next week we get Bob & Pam and Randy & Kara, and Rob.
